I need to be able to access my cousin's new Windows 8 laptop remotely so that I can support her
in the use of her computer.
She is not computer savvy and gets nervous when things don't work smoothly.
I have a Win XP/pro laptop and don't plan on upgrading to Windows 8 until my great Toshiba laptop dies!
Is it possible for me to accomplish the above task?
She is in Nevada and I am in Connecticut. I will be flying out to Nevada to help her get set up.
