I am running windows 8 and I have a 1 TB Toshiba external drive. when I backed up my soft were windows back up program made my drive 31.9 GB FAT 32. and could not use or see the rest of the drive, I would like to know how to get it back to normal 1 TB I have tried to format in NTFS and FAT 32 formats, No change still 31.9 GB
