when i start my computer it starts to load up then blue screens with message that says " Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. Were just collecting some error info then we will restart for you." after that it starts again and repeats that process over and over again..It never actually starts. what has hapeened to my computer and what can i do to fix it
