Windows 8 looping/hanging on login screen

A few days ago, after I got home from a long trip, I started up my computer to find that the login screen was hanging or looping, and I couldn't do a single thing. Every time I moved my mouse over something or clicked on something, the screen would fade to black and come back on the exact same screen. There was no way for me to get out other than to shut down or go into the BIOS. I've tried resetting the BIOS, reseating everything in my computer, but nothing seems to work.

2x Corsair Force GS 240GB SSD's
750W Corsair PSU
H100i CPU Cooler
