Windows 8 Wireless Issue

I got a problem I can't quite figure out, up until now I've used one 'Admin' account to log on to Windows, and the wireless has worked perfectly infact it still does, but only for that specific account. I've created other user accounts and the wireless seems to be very slow and sometimes cuts connection, YouTube videos take ages to load or buffer, games experience unusually high Ping/ms the only thing that has changed is I created a new user account, it still has Admin privileges and is a local account. Any other device which uses same wireless has no such issue, not even the original user account. Anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?
