Hello, I have been having downloading issues with my newest laptop that has windows 8. I try downloading an application and it stops at about 77%, then the internet drops out.
I have probably spent near 10 hours trying to find out what the issue is.
I have troubleshot I have done many different things. I have run command prompt commands that have been previously posted on this website before and I still am having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.
Here are some of the things I have tried
-downloading from a different website
-changing display and power options so it won't drop the internet when it goes to sleep
-I have updated the drivers
